Google Doc Problem - Resolved

The Google Docs problem affecting our BlackBerry gFlashPro/gRef users has been fixed. If you are continuing to see issues, please contact us or post on our forum.

New Google Docs Problem

Argh. The current problem is preventing BlackBerry users using gFlashPro and gRef from downloading lists of spreadsheets. The issue has already been acknowledged by Google, so hopefully it'll get fixed very soon.

In the meantime, BlackBerry users can share their spreadsheets to our catalog, and then email the file to their phone. Directions on how to do this can be found on our website.

This outage should NOT affect iPhone/iPod users or got-2 users.
